Q: Do I have to register prior to Race Day?

A:  No.  Although it makes it easier for you to preregister, you can register on race day at the registration area.  Cost for race day registration is $20 for the fun run and $35 for the 5K, and if you are just coming to cheer the racers on, you are still welcome to participate by choosing our Sleep-In option for $20.

Q: What time is the race?

A: The Fun Run begins at 9am followed by the 5K at 9:40am

Q:  Where/When is Packet Pick-up?

A:  Packet pickup will be at LifePoint Church the Thursday and Friday before the race from 4pm until 7pm.

Q: My name is spelled wrong, age is wrong, etc.

A: Name spelling doesn’t matter to the race.  Age doesn’t either if it’s in the same decade.  If age is outside the decade, find the Race Chip Timing Booth at the start/finish line and they will be happy to correct it for you.

Q:  I registered and now I won’t be able to participate; can I still pick up my bib and swag bag?

A: Yes, please stop by packet pick up to collect your bib and swag bag.

Q: I won’t be able to participate; can I transfer my registration to next year?

A: No, we are sorry but there are no transfers of registration to another person or the following year.

Q: Can a friend or family member pickup my packet?

A: Yes.

Q: When should I arrive to the course on race day?

A: It is recommended that all athletes arrive to the vicinity at least 30 minutes before the race and to the start line at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the race.

Q: Is there packet pick-up on race day?

A: Yes. To avoid delay in getting ready for the race, please be at registration at 8:00am.

Q: Can I register on race day?

A: Yes, there will be race day registration available, but shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Are there aid stations and port-o-potties along the course?

A: There are no port-o-potties along the course.  There are plenty of restroom facilities at the church.  There is one aid station on the course. Medical personnel will be present at the church.

Q: What will be served at the aid station?

A: Water.

Q: Is the race fee refundable?

A: There are no refunds, transfers or reassignments to another individual.

Q: What do I receive after the race?

A: There will be post race refreshments available as well as your beautiful finisher medal!

Q: Are strollers allowed?

A: Yes, strollers are allowed.

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A: No.

Q: Are bikes allowed?

A: No.

Q: Is there a course time limit?

A: No.  Feel free to walk the course!
